    Shortgrass Land and Cattle brings 4 generations of cattle raising into a
    father and son team focused on bringing the best quality beef directly to the
    consumer. We are committed to growing and learning each day so that we can
    bring the healthiest and tastiest beef to your table, all while being conscience
    of the environment around us.

  • USDA Inspected

    Shortgrass beef has been inspected by the USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service. Our meat is processed by a local certified butcher using the one-animal-at-a-time method, small batch, just like we like it.

  • Pasture Raised

    Our Black Angus cattle spend their lives grazing our pastures in Cimmaron County and Logan County, Oklahoma as well as Dallam County, TX on the Rita Blanca National Grassland. Shortgrass beef is then finished on our pasture grass and a locally sourced grain based ration.
